Packaged engagements with a fixed scope
Every accelerator has a fixed scope, fixed duration and defined outcome. Each one stands alone, and together they can form a complete platform journey.
Vivid accelerators are fixed-scope, time-boxed engagements designed to deliver a defined outcome on a known schedule: the Databricks Readiness Accelerator (90 days), AI Solutioning Acceleration (repeating 90-day cycles), the Developer Enablement Accelerator (90 days) and the Semantic Ontology Accelerator (six weeks).

Answers to the questions we are asked most.
What is a Vivid accelerator?
A fixed-scope, time-boxed engagement with a defined outcome and a known schedule. Most run 90 days, while the Semantic Ontology Accelerator runs six weeks. Every deliverable is formatted for long-term internal use, so nothing depends on Vivid continuing.
Do the accelerators have to be run in order?
No. Each one stands alone and delivers value on its own. Run in the sequence of assess, accelerate and enable, they form a natural progression, with each building on what the prior engagement establishes.
How do accelerators relate to the three lenses?
Each accelerator leads with one lens and draws on the others. The Databricks Readiness Accelerator leads with technology while carrying operating-model work, and Developer Enablement leads with the operating model while carrying both strategy and technology. All three lenses are present in every engagement.
Are the scope and fee fixed?
Yes. Scope and fee are confirmed before the engagement starts.
